Dr. Sean Gallagher, founder of Humanova, is passionate about unlocking human potential at work through technological advancements, especially AI. With over a decade of experience in the future of work, he’s an acclaimed speaker known for making complex subjects accessible and engaging. His background includes a PhD in chemistry, founding think-tanks, and roles in politics, public affairs, and academia, including at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution and the Australian Cobotics Centre.

Recently, he directed Swinburne University's Centre for the New Workforce, enhancing work futures for industry and government leaders. Endorsed by figures like Sir Richard Branson, Sean has influenced AI policy and work flexibility in Australia, impacting federal legislation and reaching a broad audience.
